Website: name, phone number, email and the enquiry you enter in our contact form or chat widget.

Facebook Messenger and Zalo OA: the content of messages you send to the Spring Wood Page / Official Account, your Page-scoped user ID and the public display name provided by the platform.

We do not collect passwords, payment card details or other sensitive data through these channels.

To answer your questions, advise on wood products, send quotations and provide customer care.

Messages may be answered by our staff or by an AI-assisted virtual assistant; staff can take over any conversation at any time.

We reply only within the window allowed by the platform (for example 24 hours after your last Messenger message) and do not send promotions outside it.

Data is stored in Spring Wood's own systems on servers we manage; only authorised staff can access it.

We do not sell or rent personal data. Data is shared only with infrastructure or AI service providers that directly help us respond to you, or where required by law.

We keep data only as long as needed for consultation and customer care, then delete or anonymise it.

You may request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal data, and withdraw consent at any time.

Email info@springwood.vn with the subject "Data deletion request" and state the Facebook or Zalo display name you used to message us (or your phone number). We confirm and delete your data within 30 days.

You can also message the Spring Wood VN Page with "Delete my data", or call our hotline.

If you remove the app from your Facebook account, we receive no further data from that account.

We use HTTPS encryption, role-based access control and keep access keys separate from source code. No system is perfectly secure, but we act promptly on any incident.
